Western District (This land in OBION Co, TN today) By virtue of a warrant from the State Entry Taker No 633 dated October the twenty eighth day of 1783. 1 have surveyed for Frederick Miller four thousand acres of land lying on REELFOT RIVER INCLUDING A BLUFF CALLED Bisswell's Cassh; beginning at a whiteoak, hickory and dogwood sapling marked FR on the South Bank of said River at the mouth of Pawpaw Creek run North two hundred and fifty chains ? thence East one hundred and fifty chains to a stake. Thence South two hundred & fifty chains for a stake. Thence West One hundred & fifty chains to the beginning. Surveyed September the Sixteenth Day of 1785 Alex Moore & Amen Moore State of North Carolina No 633 John Armstong, Entry Officer of Claims for the Western Lands, To the Surveyor for said lands, Greeting. You are hereby required as soon as may be, to lay off and survey for ~rederick Miller a tract or parcel of land containing Four Thousand acres lying on the East side of Reelfot River a branch of the Mississippi River begining on said Reelfoot at the lower end of Bluff called Biswells Cash. By computation fifteen miles abover the mouth of said River and running up the river 3 miles for compliment. Observing the directions of the Act of assemly in such case made provided for running out lands. Two just and fair plans of such survey, with a proper certificate annexed to each, you are to transmit with this warrant to the secretary's office without delay.
