Totten, Cl'k In pursuance of an order of sale issued and to me directed from the court of pleas and quarter sessions of Overton County, I shall proceed to sell the above described tracts of land, at the court-house in Monroe, on the 24th day of July next, and succeeding day, or so much thereof as will satisfy the taxes, costs, and charges due thereon, unless the same be previously satisfied.
