Lack, of said County and State of Tennessee , are held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee, in the sum of TWELVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS, to which payment, well and truly to be made, we bind our heirs, executors and administrators, and each and every one of us and them, both jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. The Condition of the above Obligation is surly, that whereas, Tobe Crabtree hath prayed and obtained a Liscense to marry Martha A. Lack Now, if there shall not hereafter appear any lawful cause why the said Tobe Crabtree and Martha A. Lack should not be joined together in Holly Matrimony as Husband and Wife, then this obligation to be void and of no effect; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
