Conveyance Bryan WHITFIELD to Needham WHITFIELD 416 2/3 acres land
Rhea County North Side T River Mouth Yellow Creek.

To all people to whom these presents shall come Greetings. Know ye 
that I Bryan WHITFIELD of the County of Montgomery and State of 
Tennessee for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars 
in hand paid the receipt hereof is fully acknowledged and him satisfied 
and devised Bryan WHITFELD bargained and sold a certain message tract 
or parcel of land lying & being in Ray (Rhea) County unto Needham
Whitfield of the arforesaid county and for the aforesaid sum of two 
hundred dollars containing four hundred and sixteen acres it being one sixth part of a tract of land granted to William WHITFIELD, Joseph 
GREEN , and Needham WHITFIELD by the State of N. Carolina of two 
thousand five hundred acres and I the said Bryan doth covenant and agree
to warrant and defend the same from me myself and heirs only.

Signed and sealed this 25th day of June 1810 in presence of 
John Davis, Thomas Davis, Wm. Whitfield, James Davis, John Kithley


State of Tennessee Montgomery Co. April Term 1816. 

The execution of the wintin bargain and sale was duly acknoledged 
in open court and ordered to be certified. In testimony whereof I have hereto affixed the seal of the said County at office in the town of Clarksville the 8th day of June 1816.
