Daniel Thomas and James Hankins came into court and together with the Defendant confessed judgment (can't read two words) give aforesaid and the costs. Therefore it is considered by the court that the State recover of the Defendant and Daniel Thomas and James Hankins the (can't read this word) the fine aforesaid and the costs in his behalf (can't read this word) for which execution may (can't read the last word).
