State of Tennessee, Roane County.  To any law officer to execute 
and return.  Summon Solomon Stow to appear before me or some other 
justice of the peace for said county to answer the complaint of 
Caleb Wood in a plea of debt of ten dollars 89 cents on a book account.  
Herein fail not, and this shall be your warrant for the same.  
Given under my hand and seal this 21st day of December 1812.
