Cleveland Banner February 8, 1872
The Waco, Texas, Examiner says J.H. O'NEAL, a citizen of Robertson county, has 
forty-one living children.  Sixteen of them served in the same Confederate 
company, from Henry County, Alabama.  He is living with his eighth wife.  Is a 
carpenter by trade.  He is sixty-five years old. Says he will never die satisfied 
until the number reaches fifty. Prospects good.
