First, I direct that there be a sufficiency of my property sold to pay all my just debts, such of it as my Executors may think proper, the balance of my estate I give or rather loan to my beloved wife Sally GOOCH during her natural life or widowhood. When she is done with said property I direct that it all be sold in a twelve month credit, and one tenth part is to go to my daughter Mary's heirs provided she should have any of her own body, if not to go to the balance of my children to be equally divided amongst them, the balance of the proceeds to be equally divided share and share alike between the balance of my children, I do hereby appoint my beloved wife Sally GOOCH and my esteemed son William GOOCH my executrix and Executor Signed sealed and delivered in presence of us Richard W.
