They having given bond and security as by law in such cases are required. Whereupon the Court ordered that they have Letters accordingly. These are therefore to authorize and impower you the said James W DRAUGHON & John H SMITH to enter into and upon all and sinugular the goods and chattels rights and credits of the said Joseph HUGHEY deceased and the same unto your possession take wheresoever to be found in the State and a true and perfect inventory thereof make to our issuing County Court an oath all the just debts of the intestate pay so far as the said estate will amount or extend the residue thereof pay to those who may have a right thereto by law.
