It appears to the Court that Thomas JONES has dec'd leaving a written will in which you are appointed Executor which has been duly proved in open Court and you having given bond and qualified according to law & it having been ordered by the said Court that letters testamentory issued to you, These are therefore to empower you the said Benjamin GAMBILL to enter upon the execution of said will & take unto your possession all the property & to make to the next court a perfect inventory thereof and make due collection of all debts & after paying all the just demands against the testator & settling up the premises of said Estate according to law you will pay over & deliver the property & effects that may remain in your hands & to do all other things that may be requried according to the provisions of said will and the laws of the land Witness R.H.
