Jones of Estate State of Tennessee Robertson County Court November Term 1848 Whereas, it appearing to the court here that James J. Jones is dead and having made no will and or testement and appreication being made by Wm McDonald to help settle of Administration granted to him on the estate of said JJJones deceased he having given limit and seemingly as by law in such is required, the court therefore orders that he have letter accordingly These are therefore to authorize and empower you the said John McDonald to enter into and upon all and singular the goods and charters, rights and credits of the said JJJones deceased and the same into your possession take, whatsoever, the same maybe found in this State and a true and proper inventory thereof to make, and return into our issuing county court in oath, and all the just oath of the interstate pay is so far as the said estate will amount or exceed, the residue thereof delete to those who have right______? by law Herein fail not Witness Joseph E.
