These are therefore to authorize & empower you Jno WOODARD to enter unto & upon all & singular the goods & chattels rights & credits of said John KRISLE dec'd & the same unto your 59) possession take wheresoever the same may be found in this state & a true & perfect inventory thereof make & return unto our issuing County Court an oath & all the just debts of the intestate pay so for as the said Estate will amount or extend the residue thereof deliver to those who have a right thereto by law herein fail not.
