This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Sharon Smith sharon@axs4u.net ==================================================================== Theophilus MORGANs Will State of Tennessee Robertson County This indenture made and entered into the 28 June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three, me being weak and frail in body but perfect in mind do this day bequeath and make my last will and testament First to Nancy my wife and R B MORGAN my son I appoint them Guardians for my children, Willis, Mary Ann, Malissa and Sarah to take all my property lands and thereunto pay all my just debts & school the children and give to them as I have done to the others and when Sarah becomes of age 21 years old I want my property divided between all my children with the exception of one negro girl Manda which my wife Nancy is to have and hold her life time then to fall back to the children. I give and set aside my land that I now live on to R B and Willis MORGAN, my two youngest sons at the death of their mother Nancy MORGAN to have and to hold for their own benefit. The remainder of my property I want divided equally between all my children ____ ______ Miles MORGAN and Nancy REED given under my hand and seal day and year first above written.
