WALTON Deceased so much of the crop and provisions on hand as will be suffcient in our opinions for her and family one year from the death of her husband. We set a part for her for said purpose the following articles 15 Barrels Corn-------all on hand, 1500lb pork, all on hand 25 Bushels Wheat------all on hand, one beef, on hand, 6 bushels B?----------3 Bushels on hand, one hundred pounds sugar, not on hand, 40 pounds coffey------not on hand, two pounds pepper, not on hand One pound A?----------not on hand, twenty pounds ?,on hand Fifty pounds Cotton---on hand We the undersigned do hereby certify that the above is true correct allowance to the best of our knowledge and belief Given under our hands and seals the 23rd day of September 1845 R.B.
