A Settlement made with William Garmony Guardian of Carroll C, Izabellah C & 
Dewitt C Donnel minor heirs of Elizabeth Donnel Dec'd, by me Robert S Morris 
Clerk of the County Court of Rutherford County, I find that the said William 
Garmony Guardian is indebted to his said ward as for lost settlement 22 January 
1839 in the sum of                                            $1617.12
Intrest on same to 22 January 1840                               97.02
___________making in all this sum                             $1714.14

And I find that the said Guardian is entitled to the following credits for 
monies by him expenses for benefit of his said wards as follows to wit.
For clothing & shoes for wards                                           $34.25
for boarding W C Donnel                                                       
13.00
for boarding Izabellah C                                                        
25.00
for board Dewit 
C                                                                   25.00
for clerk for this 
settlement                                                      1.50         
$98.75
                                               Balance Due 22 Jan 
1840                     $1615.39
