Recorded: February 15, 1839

Edon Donnel, minor heirs.  A settlement made with William Garmony, guardian of 
William C., Isabella C., and Dewit C. Donnel, minor heirs of Edon Donnel, 
deceased by me Robert S. Morris, Clerk of the County Court of Rutherford 
County.  I find that the said guardian is chargeable as per return heretofore 
made with this sum of                                    $115.00 
Recd for the sale of the land 1st Oct 1838                450.00
Interest on that sum to 1st January 1839                   60.75
Recd on 1st Oct 1837 for sale of land                     450.00
Interest on that sum to 1st January 1839                   33.70
Recd of the estate of Margaret Garmony decd 1st Jany 1839 521.69
This day from the estate of Elizabeth Donnell, decd       223.00
Making in all the sum                                   $1854.14
And I also find that the said Guardian is entitled to the following credits & 
vouchers here to me___
for clothing and schooling                              $  65.51
For boarding the three wards from 26th November 1838 to the 1st January 
1839                                                      165.00
Paid to Mr Vandell for 
schooling                                                   5.00
Clerk fees for the settlement                               1.50
Making this sum                                          $237.01

The capitulation Amount Chargeable with                 $1854.14
Amt of credits                                            237.01
Ballance due to wards                                   $1617.13
Given under my hand this 22 January 1837
