Book S, page 164:  deed 95 acres;  James Gibson to Daniel Alexander        1829

This Indenture made this ninth day of December in the year of our Lord Eighteen
hundred and twenty nine between James Gibson of the County of Rutherford and
State of Tennessee on the one part and Daniel Alexander of the County and Stat
aforesaid of the other part, witnesseth that the said James Gibson for and in
consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said
Daniel Alexander the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained,
sold, [ali.. enfraffed], conveyed & confirmed ... a certain tract of land being
situated and being in the County of Rutherford and State aforesaid on the waters
of the west fork of Stones River and on the west side of said west fork and
bounded as follows... Signed, sealed and delivered in presence of
