Book S, page 139:  Deed 100 acres; James Gibson to Pleasant White        1829

Know all men by these presents that I, James Gibson of the County of Rutherford
and State of Tennessee, for and in consideration of  the sum of one thousand
dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt of which I do hereby acknowledge, do
give, grant, sell and convey unto Pleasant White of White County and State
aforesaid, a certain tract or parcel of land, lying situated in the county of
Rutherford aforesaid, and bounded as follows viz. Beginning at a poplar, and [
] west till coming near  a lane, thence ...In witness whereof I have [  ] set my
hand and affix my seal at Rutherford...1829
