Book X pg 617:  Deed 125 acres; Robert Jarman to William Dillon        1840

I Robert Jarman have this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and
convey to William Dillon and his heirs forever for the consideration of eight
hundred dollars to me paid a tract of land in the State of Tennessee Rutherford
County, and district number Sixteen, Containing by estimation, one hundred and
twenty acres be the same more or less and bounded as follows.  Beginning at a
Stake on the South bank of Bradley's Creek James Blackwood's corner, running
south 162 poles... This 1st day of January 1840    Robert Jarmon (seal) Executed
and recorded in one person this 8th day of February 1840
