Book:  Deed 367 acres; Robert Jarmon to Shadrick Jarmon        1818 This
Indenture made this tenth day of September in the Year of Our Lord one thousand
eight hundred & eighteen by & between Robert Jarman of the County of Wilson &
State of Tennessee of the one part & Shadrick Jarmon of the County and State
aforesaid & of the other part witnesseth that for and in consideration of the
sum of three thousand dollars to him in hand paid do bargain sell & deliver & do
by these presents bargain sell & deliver to the said Shadrick Jarman a certain
tract or parcel of land situate lying on Bradlee's Creek.  Beg'ing at a red oak
& ash James Gibson's South east corner running thence north one hundred & twelve
poles to a beach on said Gibsons line thence north seventy nine degrees East one
hundred and four poles to a Locust & Red Oak thence north eighteen poles to a
Stake, thence east three hundred and twelve poles to a post oak & cedar thence
south one hundred and forty six poles to a Stake thence west four hundred and
sixteen poles to the beginning, containing by estimation three hundred & sixty
seven acres the same being more or less--to have and to hold to him the said
Shadrick Jarman, his heirs and assigns forever & I, the said Robert Jarman, do
for my self, my heirs, extors [sic] & administrators do warrant & forever defend
the before recited land & premises to him the said Shadrick Jarman his heirs and
assigns forever against the claim of all persons or person, whatsoever----
In testimony I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this day and date above
