Book X page 619:  deed Robert Jorman to Benajah Cartwright; 35 acres, 25 poles        1833

This Indenture made this the twenty fifth day of Janurary on thousand eight
hundred and thirty three, between Robert Jarman of the County of Wilson and
State of Tennessee of the one part, and B. Cartwright of the county of
Rutherford and State aforesaid of the other part, witnesseth that for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred and forty dollars to him in hand paid by
the said B. Cartwirght the [receipt] whereof he the said R. Jorman hath
bargained and sold unto B. Cartwright a certain piece or parcel of land lying
and being in the Conty of Rutherford and State aforesaid and on the waters of
Bradley's [Creek or bank], bounded as follows, towit.  Beginning at D. L. Wood's
South most corner...to a stake in S. McAdoo's line...
