McKnight; 125 acres This Indenture made and entered into this 4th day of June 1833 between John McKee of the County of Rutherford and State of Tennessee of the one part and Albert M. McKnight of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said John McKee in and for the consideration of the sum of Four hundred and twenty five dollars to him in hand paid by the said A.M. McKnight, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath this day granted, bargained, sold, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, [enposs?], convey and confirm unto the said Albert M. McKnight, his heirs and assignees forever, a certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being in the County of Rutherford Bounded as follows. Beginning on an Elm on Dixes line, thence East twenty six poles to a Willow, South 28 degrees East sixteen poles to a Hickory, thence East passing an ash fifty eight poles to a stake in William McKnightıs west boundary line, thence north two hundred poles to an ash in William Doranıs line, thence west one hundred poles to a stake in Dixes line, thence South two hundred poles to the beginning. Making in all one hundred and twenty five acres more or less, and all the estate, rights, title, claim, interest and demand of him the said John McKee, his heirs and assignees forever in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof with its hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining. To have and to hold the same and every part and parcel thereof to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said A.M. McKnight heirs and assignees forever against the title, claim and demand of every person or persons whatsoever the said John McKee do for himself his heirs and assignees forever warrant and defend by virtue of these presents.
