McKee of Rutherford county and State of Tennessee, I do hereby give, transfer and convey equally to them the following property viz. one bed and furniture, one table, one Bureau, two BŠ, one press, one candle stand, four chairs, one loom, one large pot, one small pot, one ChŠ, two pails, four head of hogs and increase, two bed quilts, two stand of curtains, one pot rack, one shovel, one pair pothooks, five geese and increase, two [coins?] & lids, and one set of China cups and saucers. To have and to hold the to [sic] said William & James McKee, their heirs and assignees forever I covenant and agree for myself and heirs to warrant and defend the title to said property to the said William & James, their heirs and assignees equally against the lawful claim of all persons whatsoever.
