Book H, page 143:  Deed 540 acres on Bradley's Creek; James Sanders to James
Gibson    1808

This Indenture made the nineteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and eight between James Sanders of the County of Sumner
and State of Tennessee of the one part and James Gibson of the County of Smith
and State of Tennessee of the other part witnesseth that the said James Sanders
for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars to him in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged  [ ] and by these presents doth grant
bargain sell deliver [ ] and confirm unto the said James Gibson his heirs and
assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land containing five hundred and
forty acres lying and being in the County of Rutherford on Bradley's Creek.
Beginning at [two or live] sagwood V'ettulberry in William Peterson's line South
three hundred and seventy poles to John Donelson's line West with his line fi[]
his corner poplar in all two hundred and seventy poles to a stake thence north
three hundred and twenty poles to a stake East to the beginning  containing five
hundred and forty acres be the same more or less.... Signed, sealed and
