To have and to hold the same to the said Nathan Thurman his heirs and assigns forever. I do covenant with the said Nathan Thurman that I am lawfully seized of said sorrel filly aforesaid have a good right to convey her, and that the same is unencumbered. I do further covenant and bind myself my heirs and representatives to warrant and forward defend the title to the said filly and her increase if any to the said Nathan Thurman his heirs and assignees against the lawful claim of all persons whatsoever.
