In the name of God Amen I, Nathaniel Puckett of Rutherford County, and State of Tennessee, being weak in body but of sound mind and memory do make this last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say: Item the first I give and bequeath unto my sister Patsy Lewis and also my brother Isham, also my brother Flemming Puckett also my brother Thomas Puckett, also my brother Francis Puckett all my money on hand and notes and accounts to be equally divided between my sister and brothers first above named. Item the second, I give and bequeath unto my brother Charles all the rest of my real and personal estate after paying all my just debts.
