I Wiley Thurman of the County of Rutherford and State of Tennessee being in perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament. 1st I will and direct that all my debts be first paid 2nd I leave to my beloved wife Elizabeth Thurman during her life the following property for her benefit and the benefit of my children Elizabeth, William, Robert, Wiley, Parker and Sussana, my land, household and kitchen furniture plantation tools, two horses, three cows, one wagon together with every other propoerty belongin to me named or not named. I will and direct that all of the above named property at the death of my Elizabeth be equally divided between all of my before named children to them and their heirs forever. I appoint Albert G.
