TROTTER LINAGE
Research compiled by Ina WALKER KING

I have no information on our ancestors in the WHITE family other than the 
immediate family of Asa WHITE and that by tradition only.

Need more information.

Meady (Meedy) WHITE married Mary RAYNOR (RAINOR). They lived in North 
Carolina.
Their children : (not in birth order)
1. Asa WHITE was born 23 Dec. 1782 in NC and died 24 Dec. 1852. She married 
John TROTTER on 8 Oct. 1803. Buried in Middle Creek Cemetery. (Sevier Co.?)
2. Penelope WHITE maried James SHIELDS.
3. Sabra WHITE married Robert SHIELDS.
4. William WHITE died 18 April 1844 married Appy EVERETT. (Reference: Deed 
Book A, page 208)
5. Aaron WHITE, born in 1834, joined the "Church of the Forks", a church 
meeting near the Iron Works.
6. Winnie WHITE married PEARSON.

Notes: Wiley WHITE, 1827, dispute with Rev. John ROBERTS in Sept. 1832.

Oldest legible stone in Middle Creek Cemetery: W. WHITE died 15 April 1844.
