State of Tennessee Sevier County Deed Book This Indenture made this 22nd day of August 1898 between Grace E. Hurst and McHurst and Laura B. Breeden and L.H. Breeden and Joseph H. Roberts and I.N. Roberts, all of the 7th District of Sevier County and State of Tennessee of the first part and Nancy A. Roberts of the same place of the Second part. Witnesseth that for the purpose of partition of the lands left us by our father, L.C. Roberts, we the parties of the first part do hereby grant transfer and convey to the party of the Second part, the following described lot or tract of land, designated as lot No. 2. Beginning on a white oak N 34 E 4 poles to a stake, N 46 E 24 poles to a stake, N 52 1/2 W 14 poles to a stake, N 451/2 W 121/2 poles to a stake in Road, N 26 E 8 poles to a stake in Road, N 50 E 50 poles to a stake in the Road, S 53 E 32 poles to an oak, S 45 W 19 poles and 20 links to a stake, S 12 W 32 poles to a stake on old line, S 741/2 W 42 poles to the beginning - Containing 163/4 Acres more or less, to have and to hold to the party of the Second part her heirs and assigns forever and the parties of the First part for themselves their heirs and assigns warrant and defend the title to the same against all claims in and through us.
