State of Tennessee Sevier County I, Samuel Catlett do this day make this my Last Will and Testament. 1. I bequeath to Procillat Catlett one thousand dollars to be paid out of my landed estate. 2. That my funeral expences including a respectable monument put to my grave also the preachers who my conduct my funeral to be paid out of my land estate. 3. As to what money I may have on hand at my death. I bequeath to my three sisters or their heirs Minnie Carr, Hanna Atchley and Rebecca J. McMahan this to be divided equally between them.
