Roberts.. I, Nannie B. Roberts, of Sevierville, Tennessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any former wills by me at any time made: 1. I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses and inheritance, or estate taxes be paid by my Executor out of my estate, and for this purpose he is empowered to encroach upon the corpus of the personal estate if it be necessary. 2. A trust fund of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) is hereby created for the maintenance of the graves of Dr. Albert W. Roberts and myself in the Alder Branch Cemetery, in Sevier County, Tennessee, which fund shall be administered by the Cashier of the Sevier County Bank, at Sevierville, Tenn., and his sucessors in that office, as Trustee. The Trustee shall have full power and discretion to invest, and reinvest this fund, and shall from time to time pay the proceeds or earnings, therefrom to the Trustees of the Alder Branch Cemetery for the purposes herein above set out. 3. I likewise direct that One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) of my investment in the Home Federal Building and Loan Association, of Knoxville, Tennessee, be set aside as a Trust Fund for the maintenance of the Williams Burial plot in the Seven Islands Cemetery in Knox County, Tennessee, the proceeds therefrom to be expended for such purpose by my nephew J.W. (Williams) Hines, who shall have full power and authority to appoint his successor, or successors, in Trust. 4. I give and bequeath to my brother J. W. Williams, the sum of Two Thousand Dollars, ($2000.00) from my personal estate, provided that so much remains aftr the payment of my just debts and taxes and costs of administration, and the Trusts set up in Items 2 and 3 above; but this bequest is conditioned upon the said J.W. Williams surviving me. 5. There is a bedstead and a small bed, both belonging to Dr. Roberts' family, which his sisters, or either of them, may have if they desire them. There are also certain pieces of furniture which were made by my father, and which I desire certain of my nieces and nephews to have, and which I have listed in an inventory which is placed with this will and which is made a part hereof by reference. 6. In accordance with the wishes of my late husband, Dr. Albert W. Roberts, the stock in the Southern Industrial Bank of Knoxville, Tennessee, and any funds to my credit therein, go to my nephew James H. Hines at my death. 7. I give, devise, and bequeath to my nephew J. W. (Williams) Hines the homeplace on East Main Street, in Sevierville, Tennessee, including the office building and the entire lot, to be his absolutely in fee simple. 8. All the rest and residue of my estate, not herein otherwise disposed of, I give, devise, and bequeath to the said J.W. Hines; and I direct that he be named Executor of this my Last Will & Testament, and that he be excused from giving bond.
