Contributor's Note:  Following is the Last Will and Testament of Joseph 
B. Roberts, youngest son of Elisha Roberts of Sevier County, Tennessee.  
He md. Martha Bird of Sevier County in 1892 and they had one child, 
Columbus Bradford Roberts.


Will Book III 
Sevier County, TN

I Joseph B. Roberts of #2 Sevierville, Sevier County, Tennessee do make 
this my last will and testament herby revoking any and all wills by me 
heretofore made.

1st.  That all my debts be paid by my administrator.

2nd.  That Martha C. Roberts my wife to have all my estate, both 
personal & real during her lifetime and at her death to go to C. 
Bradford Roberts to have and to hold.

3rd.  That C. Bradford Roberts is to be my administrator without bond.
