I dispose of the same as follows. First I direct that all my just debts be paid and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as posible out of any monies that i may be pajscped of as may first come in to the hands of my executors from any portion of my Estate real or personal. 2nd I give and bequeath unto my wife Nancy Shivers all of my house hold and kitchen furniture.
