Do this Day Bargain and Sell Convey and Deliver unto our Sister Sary [Sarah] Phillips these negos [Negroes] named as follows: lew I Sey [Louisy] 16 years old of A yellow Complexion and her Child July an [Julie-Ann ?] of A yellow Complexion 2 years old. woman and Child Boath Sound and in helth. All so one girl of a black Complexion the age of 6 years Old named Mary Sound and helthey. we Do here By warrant and forever De fend the right title clame [claim] and intrus [interest] of All and Every per Son or person what so Ever of having of Any Clam [claim] or Clames to the A Bove named negros vise (?) the Before mentioned negros is to the above named Sister Sary Phillips to her and hers the issue of her Body for ever.
