I have surveyed for JAMES BEVINS assignee of JOHN SULLIVAN SIX Hundred and forty acres of land in Smith County on long Creek of big Canon River, Beginning at a stake on the West boundry line of a 274 acre tract granted to PETER LEMMONS, twelve and one half poles North from his South west Corner, then North crossing Said Creek, at two hundred poles passing the South West corner of a 640 acres tract of land of EDWARD GWINS, in all three hundred and Seventy nine poles to a Dogwood on Said GWINS line, then west two hundred and Seventy poles to a Red Oak, on the bank of said Creek, thus South Crossing said creek, three hundred and seventy nine poles to a hickory, the East to the Beginning.
