John J. Wells is mistakenly identified on monument as Josiah J. Wells. Isaac Gillum/Gilliam's first name is misspelled as Issac on the new monument. Ten of these soldiers are mistakenly shown on the National Archives roster as being buried in Indianapolis. They are: James H. Dickey, Willis w. English, John W. Holley, Daniel McKinney, John L. Partin, Jackson Patterson, Marcus L. Ruth, William R. Warden, John J. Wells, William P. Young.
