Paint Rock Church: Nancy Galyon was born June 19, 1820 (?), joined the church at Paint Rock 1851, died January 22, 1905, was a Christian and faithful member 54 years and expressed herself at the last that she was going from labor to rest. Callie Easter born November 11, 1872; died March 1, 1905. Made a public profession of faith by uniting with Paint Rock Church at the age of 13 years and remained a devoted member until death. Concord Church: Our sister church at Concord lengthens the death roll of the Association year with the sad news that Pollie Edgemon, their highly esteemed and well beloved sister, died in December 1904, aged 76 years, 2 months, and 4 days a member of this church for 55 years. Her christian life was blameless without spot or blemish; we are justified in saying she is gone from labor to rest. Sister Margaret Harden was born May 24, 1817, joined the church at Concord June the 2nd Saturday 1874 by letter, died December 24, 1905. Sister Sallie L Cade, wife of R.E. Odom, was born September 2, 1876, joined the church at Concord by experience September 1893, aged 28 years, 5 months and 4 days departed this life Feb 6, 1905. She lived a devoted Christian and obedient daughter, wife and sister, she loved her church and always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need; her spirit has gone back to the Father who gave it; may the Lord be with us all, if we live as she did we will see her again, sisters. Sister Mary A Deatherage was born April 10, 1822, joined the church at Concord Feb 2nd Saturday 1891, by letter, died July 6, 1905. Fellowship Church: Preston Baker, born near what is now Euchee, Meigs County, Tenn., was born April 6th, 1833, and died there March 21, 1905, aged 71 years, 11 months and 15 days. He united with Fellowship church and was baptized first Sunday in Sept. 1868, making his record as a church member near 37 years; during all of said time he lived a consistent member in all that the word consistent implies always ready to minister to the needy and to bear his part in any thing for the welfare of the church. He was a very meek man never obtruding his views upon others, but was always ready to contend for the faith once delivered to the saints; a grand old man, a prince in Israel has fallen, but we realize that our loss is his gain so we bow in submission to Him who doeth all things well. Old Friendship Church: Brother Jesse Stinecipher was born in Morgan County, Tenn., June 28, 1820. Professed faith in Christ and united with the Baptist Church at Old Friendship in October 1877, and was an acceptable member of that body until his death, which occurred May 25, 1905, at the advanced age of 84 years 10 months and 37 days. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
