REPORT Dear Brethren: - I herewith submit my report for the year ending September 23, 1909. Days labored about 75; miles traveled about 539; families visited about 35; sermons preached about 41; amount received $16.48. Respectfully submitted, W.M. Galyon Next meeting will be with Paint Rock Church. Whereas in long years past there was a division in our body, political issue being chief cause and ever since there have been two bodies of religious people meeting at different places on the same day and by the same name contending for the same great end, and whereas we see the political parties have laid aside their strife and mix with each other as though nothing had occurred, and as we believe religious people should be the first to forgive and drop all such trouble, Therefore be it resolved, that steps be taken at this session to try to bring about a reunion. They asked that one member from each church meet to further discuss the above. To look into putting a minister in the field, they appointed one from each church, viz: Thos. Dake, Sr., John Newman, A.S. Walker, A.D. Chastain, Elder P.R. Brown, C.M. Smith, E.S. Boggess, Elder J.R. Smith, R.E. Ewing, R.M. Clack, R.M. Parker and J.W.
