Nov 28th 1843. I Walter Boswell, do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First I direct that my Funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any monies that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor. Secondly I give and bequeath to Susan Boswell my wife all of the Plantation contained 115 one hundred and fifteen acres that I now live on also one yoke of steers and cart, 3 head of horses with all my farming utensils also a set of blacksmith tools also 3 cows and 2 calves with all my stock of sheep with all of my stock of hogs also one note of $200 given the 22nd Mar 1843 and was due in 30 days payable to George G. Boswell by James J. Boswell and assigned over by George G. Boswell to Walter Boswell which I give to Susannah Boswell, my wife for her own use to keep her free & from want also 2 beds and furniture to do as she pleases with also all of the Balance of my household and kitchen Furniture and one side saddle with all of my corn, bacon and lard sugar and coffee for her support. This is my will that Suannah Boswell my wife shall have all of the above mentioned property during her natural life time to keep her free from want and at her death also all of the above mentioned property that was given to her during her lifetime at her death is to go into the hand of George G. Boswell as bequeath to John Boswell my son $10 of my Estate. I bequeath to Sarah Boswell $10 of my Estate also one young horse named Sealum. I bequeath to Ezekiah Boswell $10 of my estate. I bequeath to Susannah Champion my daughter $10 of my estate I bequeath to James J. Boswell my son $10 of my Estate. I bequeath to George G. Boswell $10 and also one bed and furniture also one cold called Henry Knight also this is to go into the hands of George G. Boswell with the above mentioned property for his benefit. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint John Boswell, my son, Executor in witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this November 28th 1843.
