Keyes Jan 11, 2005 Source: FHL Film# 972708 This Indenture made and entered into this twnty seventh day of October One thousand eight Hundred and Twenty Betwixt Benjamin Foster of the one Part and George Greenway of the other Part both of the County of Sullivan and State of Tennessee Witnesseth that the said Benjamin Foster for and in consideration of the Sum of Four Hundred and Seventy dollars Current money of Tennessee to him in hand paid the receipt whereof he doth hearby acknowledge he hath bargained and by these Presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the sd George Greenway a certain Tract or parcel of land lying in the County of Sullivan joinging the land of Joshua Miller and containing One Hundred and Ten Acres be the same more or less and bounded as followg Towit Beginning at two Hicory Saplings on Webbs line thence along a lane South thirty six and one half degrees Est sixty six poles to a White Oak at the end of said lane, thence South Thirty nine degrees West Thirty seven poles along a Road to a Poplar and Chestnut, thence sixty degrees East twenty? Six poles to a Chestnut tree, thence North forty four degrees East sixteen poles to two Red Oak Saplings and Dogwood, thence North Fifty four deg East twenty poles to a White Oak, thence South Eighty degrees East ten? poles to two Chestnut Saplings, thence South Forty poles to a White Oak and ??
