SULLIVAN COUNTY, TN - DEEDS - Christian Weaver to Michael Weaver ----¤¤¤---- Sullivan Co., TN, DB 1, p. 317: Christian Weaver to Michael Weaver Transcribed by Robert Keyes Feb 6, 2005 Source: LDS FHL film #972707 This Indenture made and this Seventeenth Day of Febry from this year of our Lord one thousand Eigth hundred and Twelve between Christian Weaver of Sullivan County and State of Tenness ee of the one part and Michael Weaver of the County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said Christian Weaver for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand Dolears by the said Michael Weaver to him in hand in hand paid the Receipt whereof he the said Christian Weaver doth hereby acknow ledge Hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell alien convey and confirm unto the said Michael Weaver his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land containing three hundred Acres situate Lying and being in the County of Sullivan and State aforesaid Bound ed as follows. Beginning at two white oaks and a Sourwood Corner to John Scott and Running with the line thereof South fifty six East nineteen poles to a Hickory South forty two East Seventy three poles to a Stake North thirty six Degrees East fifty poles to a pop lar South fifty six and a half Degrees East one hundred & Seventy six poles to two Black Oaks North thirty six Degrees East eighty four poles to a red oak and white oak North nineteen East thirty Six poles to two hickorys North thirty three and a half East forty poles to a Hickory North Eleven and a Half west twenty five poles to a hickory and white oak North thirty eight and a half East forty poles to three hickorys Corner to Jonathan Webb and with his line North forty Eight and a half West one hundred and Thirty poles to a Stake South Sixty three west Eighty five poles to a white oak on Jonathan Scotts line South forty nine west Eighty six poles to a white oak South forty one West twenty six poles to two Sou rwoods South sixty three and a half west ninety seven poles to the Beginning Together with all woods waters mines minerals hereditaments and appurtinances to the said Land belonging or appertaining to hold to the said Michael Weaver his heirs & assigns Forever which said tract or parcell of land with all and Singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or App ertaining he the said Christian Weaver doth hereby warrant and forever Defend unto the said Michael Weaver his heirs and assigns for ever from all and every person & persons Lay ing any Just ???
