State of Tennessee    Articles of an Agreement made and agreed on
Sullivan County       by and between Benjamin Webb of the one Part
and William King of the other part both of the County and State afore
said.  Witnesseth that the said Benjamin Webb doth agree to Lease a 
certain piece or Parcel of land containing Twelve Acres be the same more 
or less to the said William King as long as he the said King or his 
heirs &c should choose to occupy the said land and the said King 
doth agree on his Part that that he will deliver to the said Webb 
each year that he holds the said land in Possession two hundred weight 
of Bar Iron the said land is situated in the County aforesaid Beg
inning at two White Oaks on the South bank of Beaver 
Creek, thence along John Rhea's line South three East thirty four 
poles to a White Oak, thence East fifty four poles to a Post 
Oak, thence North thirty East Thirty six poles to a White 
Oak and Black Oak on the bank of said Creek, thence with the 
meanders thereof to the Beginning  To have and to hold the said 
land to the said William King & to his heirs &c for the Term aforesaid 
and the said Benjamin Webb for him self his heirs &c doth assure 
that the said William King may have priviledge of any part of the 
before [described] land or any part thereof for the time aforesaid  In Witness 
hereof the parties aforesaid have hereunto set their hands and seals 
this 1st of April 1819 in presence of

of the within Articles of Agreement was acknowledged in open Court
