Keyes Jan 9, 2005 Source: FHL film# 972707 This Indenture made this 25th September in the year one thousand eight hundred and ten between Jonathan Webb of the one part and David Webb of the other part Both of Sullivan County and State of Tennessee. Witnisseth that the said Jonathan Webb for a valuable consideration the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowldyed and by these presents have Guarented Granted unto the said David Webb and to his heirs &c forever a Certain Tract or parcel of Land Containing ninety acres be the same more or less Said land lying and being in the County aforesaid and on the South side of holsten River to witt - Begining at a popler two post oaks and a hickory on the side of a hill thence along Zachariah Crosses line South twenty seven degrees East sixty poles to two hickorys and a white oak thence North sixty four degrees East one hundred and Sixty Eight poles to a Single & Double white oak on John Webbs old survey thence along aline there of north two Degs West ninty two poles to two Gum trees a corner of said old survery and on the bank of said River thence along down the meanders of the Same South Seventy five degrees west sixty four poles to a poplar and white walnut on the Bank of sd River thence along Down the several courses thereoff north eighty three degrees west forty poles to two Pines? and a beach thence running from said River South forty six poles to three white oaks and a black oak thence a Direct line to the Begining with all and Singular the aforesaid woods and waters and every other thing thereunto belonging unto the said David Webb and to his heirs &c forever and the said Jonathan Webb doe promise and agree that I will at any time at the Reasonable Request and ?????? Charge of him the said D.
