NOTICE.
On Saturday, July 1, 1916, I will sell the farm of the late S.P.
Snodgrass, deceased, at his late residence in the Eighteenth Civil
District of Sullivan county, Tenn. Said farm consists of 40 acres, more
or less, and joins the lands of S.N. McCulley, G. W. Lady and others; is
well watered has comfortable residence good barn and out-buildings,
fruit trees and excellent garden; also a mill seat with race dug. Rural
free delivery twice daily. One half mile to good secondary school,
church, store and roller mill. Growing crops will be sold with the farm.
Terms one-third down, one-third in six months one-third in 12 months.

Remember the hour, 2 p.m., July 1, 1916.
