NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
In the Law Court at Kingsport, Sullivan County, Tennessee.

Nannie Harless vs. Emory Harless.
In this cause, it appearing from the petition which is sworn to, that
the defendant, Emory Harless, in a nonresident of the State of
Tennessee, he is, therefore, required to appear on or before the fourth
Monday in March, next before the Clerk of the Law Court of Kingsport,
Tennessee, at his office in Kingsport, Tennessee, and make defense to
the petition for divorce filed against him in this cause by petitioner,
Nannie Harless; otherwise said petition will be taken for confessed.
It is further ordered that this notice be published for four consecutive
weeks in the Kingsport Times, a newspaper published in Kingsport,
Sullivan County, Tennessee.
This the 22nd day of December 1919.

In the City Court at Kingsport, Tennessee.

Walker D. Hines, Director General of Railroads, vs. W.F. Turpin.
Plaintiff, Walker D. Hines, Director General of Railroads, having
obtained from E.D. Smith, Judge of the City Court of Kingsport,
Tennessee, an original attachment returnable before him against the
estate of Defendant W.F. Turpin, upon affidavit of S.A. Dorsett, Agent
for said Plaintiff, that the said Defendant was justly indebted to the
Plaintiff, and was a non-resident of the State, the said attachment
having been levied upon Defendant's property and an order of publication
having been made by the said Judge of the City Court of Kingsport,
Tennessee: now therefore, in pursuance of such order this publication is
made and the Defendant, W.F. Turpin, is required to appear before E.D.
Smith, Judge of the City Court of Kingsport, Tennessee, on the 10th day
of February next and make defense to said attachment suit or the same
will be proceeded with ex parte.
