MRS. POWERS GETS DIVORCE

Bristol, Tenn., June 6- Mrs. Ezra H. Powers was granted a decree of

divorce and alimony in the Chancery Court here Monday from her husband,
a prominent business man of this city and a member of the firm of the
Mitchell-Powers Hardware Company. In her suit Mrs. Powers

alleged jealousy and mistreatment. 

According to the decree she will retain the custody of the younger of

the two their children, who are girls, while Mr. Powers will take the
older.

He also will bear the expenses of educating both.
