In obedience to a decree of the Chancery Court at Blountville made at the May term, 1919, in the above styled case, I will, on Friday, the 20th day of June, 1919, at 12, noon, on the premises sell to the highest and best bidder the property in said decree described, being a Lot lying and being in 11th Civil District of Sullivan County, Tennessee, and described as follows: Fronting twenty-five feet on Cherokee Street and being the westerly twenty-five feet of that portion of Lot 12 in Block -12, shown on Map of Kingsport townsite plan of record in the office of Register of Deeds, of Sullivan County, Tennessee, which J. L. Gambles conveyed to W. D. McLain and. A. S. Wilson by deed of record in the office .of the Register of Deeds of Sullivan County, Tennessee, Deed book 113, page 83.Terms of Sale Sale will be made on a credit of six and twelve months and in the bar of the equity of redemption notes drawing interest from day of sale with good personal security, will be required of the purchaser, and alien will be retained on the property sold, as further security.This 16th day of May, 1919.
