Pallbearers will be Tracy Graves, Jim Rodeback, Kurt Carlson, Bruce Higley, Joe Swiney, Wayne Burnette, Bob Carrier and Jimmy Smith. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, Southern Appalachian RMH, 428 N. State of Franklin Road, Johnson City, TN 37604. Mr. Brooks, 84, of Bristol Tennessee, went to be with the Lord Sunday, Dec. 15, 2002, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. Weaver Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
