Fletcher KINGSPORT -- Victor Lee Fletcher, 72, went to be with his Lord Sunday, Dec. 29, 2002, as a result of an automobile accident. Victor was born in Richlands, March 23, 1930, a son of the late Roy and Amy (Breading) Fletcher and was married to the late Gladys Coleman Fletcher, who passed away Nov. 18, 2002. Victor was self-employed and was a veteran serving with the U.S. Army. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Fletcher. Victor is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Mike Fletcher of Front Royal,Va., and Darrell Feltcher and wife Rita of Kingsport; grandchildren, Amy Rebecca Monroe and husband Josh of Gray, Tenn., and Michael Paul Fletcher of Front Royal; a half sister, Sharon Peck; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at the East Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral service will be noon Saturday at the East Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Paul Smith officiating.
