Virginia G. Goins

    Virginia Gardner Goins, 81, of Bristol Tennessee, and formerly of Church 
Hill, went home to be with her Lord Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2002, in the Cambridge 
Health Care Center.
    Virginia was born May 24, 1921, in Hiltons, Va., a daughter of the late 
Hiram Gardner Jr. and Rosa (Salley) Gardner. She was married to the late 
Bob Goins. She was retired from the Meade Corp.
    Virginia is survived by a sister, Beatrice Combs of Bristol Tennessee; 
and two nephews, Gary Combs of Bristol and Alan Combs of Jonesborough.
    Calling hours will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the East Lawn Funeral Home. 
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the East Lawn Funeral Home Chapel. 
Burial will be in the garden of the Mausoleum of the East Lawn Memorial Park.
